No, it is a nitrous oxide cartridge. Looks the same as CO2 cartridge.

The panic your body will go into when it realizes it's slowly running out of oxygen is apparently a real hell to experience as your last waking moments I've been told. Noble gases would probably be the way to go if you want painless in a bag mixed together
Right, noble gases are said to put the brain to sleep faster than oxygen deprivation, so the brain is asleep before the suffocation panic sets in.
