Re: Trayvon Martin Crime Scene Photos
Watch the 7-11 security tapes... he was so weird and sketchy acting. Took fucking forever to grab change out of his pockets and then walks back around the store before walking out again. Regardless of race, I would have felt uncomfortable as the cashier. And he was a pretty tall guy, look at his six compared to the cashier. I don't believe the killing was justified but he was no baby faced child, he did come off as sketchy, Zimmerman was 'protectng' the community given this wasnt someone normally seen there, and trayvon probably put up a hell of a fight. But in no way do I think George should have felt his life was in danger unless shoving skittles and a watermelon drink down his throat was gonna happen.

Re: Trayvon Martin Crime Scene Photos
In my mind Zimmerman's guilt/innocence rests solely on if he tried to physically restrain Martin that night. If he grabbed him and tried to stop him - and an ass-whipping resulted whereupon he fired his weapon, he is guilty. If he merely verbally engaged Martin - who then initiated the assault on Zimmerman, he was within his rights to defend himself with deadly force. I'm not sure how the prosecution and the defense will go about proving or disproving how the conflict escalated, especially with the man on trial being the only living witness of the incident. |

Re: Trayvon Martin Crime Scene Photos
Zimmerman was part of the neighborhood watch for that area. That neighborhood had recently experienced a string of robberies. |
