After seeing some of that Hippo's testimony, I'd say its looking better for Zimmy. This is assuming the all woman jury will judge fatty's testimony from a purely emotional, gut reaction to the person speaking... Otherwise use woman thinking.

As repulsive as that woman is, once you strip away her ignorance and "strong b---k woman" routine, I thought it was strong enough to convict Zimmy... If the rest of the evidence supports what's said.

No wonder the defense agreed with an all woman jury. No wonder they spent so much time on the word "cracker". When the jury looks at that woman, they'll remember every DMV worker or meter maid who ever crossed their path. The question is.. Can an all woman jury put aside their natural inclination to emotionally react and look at the facts stated?

This case is bullshit. Zimmerman is guilty of manslaughter. He killed him because Zimmerman is a coward. Look at his job history. It's simple, an unarmed kid was shot in the heart. Or he was aiming for the heart. Zimmerman is a danger to society, Not the kid.

There is a picture of the gunshot wound there. Zimmerman used a Kel-Tec 9 mm PF-9, which is a common gun for C&C. It weights 18 ounces, fully loaded. These guns are made for very close quarter encounters, the effective range is like 5-10 yards. I shoot with a few guys who use these as everyday carry guns.

I don't see how people can continue to blame Martin when Zimmerman shouldn't have gotten out of the car. Period. End of story. What was his motivation for getting out of the car? Zimmerman has a history of reporting "suspicious black people." There's a 47 page history of 911 calls where he thinks he's some sort of vigilante. He thought he was one that night too and look what happened. If Zimmerman has injuries, I believe it's because he started a fight with a kid and he couldn't win because the kid was younger, fitter, stronger, etc. That's why he ended up shooting him. He was asking for a fight and he got one.
