Zimmerman SHOULDNT have followed him. In fact, he was instructed by law enforcement not to follow Trayvon.

This was a senseless murder that should never have happened, Zimmerman thought Martin didn't belong in that neighborhood, even though he lived nearby and was walking home.

Old post, I know. But I'll answer your questions based on my state laws.


1. It depends on if they are in the commission of a violent felony, and whether you feel that your life is in mortal peril from the person with the TV.

So, for example, if someone is trying to bash people over the head with the TV, then YES, you are legally allowed to use up to, and including deadly force to stop them; that also allows for up to, and including deadly force in the defense of others.

However, if it was not your home, vehicle, or possessions, and they were fleeing, then no; you aren't allowed to use deadly force.

2. ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY a woman can stab a worthless POS rapist to death, and honestly, I hope more women start to do that very thing.

3. Being that I live on a 2/3 mile driveway off of a rarely used country road with only 3 other houses for 2 miles; I have in fact asked strangers if they were lost, or had their car broken down. The 4 times it's happened, 2 of them were lost, 1 was searching for their dog that had gotten loose, and the last one was sketchy as fuck, and ended up on the news shortly after for breaking into homes to steal stuff to buy drugs.

My state has a stand your ground, no duty to retreat, and conveys self defense to others as well, and protection from civil suits for any instances of self defense/stand your ground.
