It is true to say that ambulance crews can't even cut someone out of a car unless they are extremely cautious. They have to be very careful not to exacerbate any injuries which could cause paralysis or death. Bystanders are better off leaving them as they are, although you can put a blanket over someone. That's a hot country though |

Sure...if it would help you sleep better at night, go for it. Wouldn't do jack or shit for them though...wouldn't even make them feel better, considering they KNOW they are dying, and on top of that it's a gruesome death.
