I see this response a lot on DR, but honestly...you need to keep your hands off of people in that condition until qualified medical personnel arrive o the scene. Most people's medical training doesn't go past basic CPR, and not many people even know that much. If you don't have the proper training for such a situation, you could actually contribute to their death rather than save their life. On top of that, if you were to make the situation worse by doing the wrong thing and the person dies, you then open yourself up for a lawsuit from that person's family after they find out. Yeah, it happens more often than you'd think.

That is so true. However someone could at least have the decency of possible talking to the person, not much one could say I know...but at least they can say help is on the way...Even if they know the person is not going to make it. Just at least say something while they pass away or wait for medical attention.
