This man is right, With the new laws coming to the UK people will be protected from prosecution. An interesting fact, if you are filmed/Reported NOT HELPING someone in France you yourself could actually go to prison for not rendering aid in time of need. I think all these videos on this site are great but i would be dammed if i just stood there filming stuff instead of seeing what i could do. Even if there was no hope for the victim/s you could just hold their hand till they died. A little bit of comfort gos a long way! Thanks for the video |

Not everyone is qualified to 'render aid'. As I said earlier in this thread, you could actually contribute to their death. To make laws that force unqualified people to render aid is flat-out stupid. Again...just comfort to the living. These people are in so much pain and shock they don't give a damn about your hand at that moment. |
