Well in the Uk the police cant shoot unless they think they or someone else is about to be seriously injured like stabbed or shot. She didn't even shout I have a gun stop.

She even lied and told the cops that the dude went for her gun first, when that's so clearly not the case on the video that not even she could have possibly believed that. Again, this bitch only avoided a murder conviction because the system covered her ass from the second the cops showed up at the scene. It wouldn't surprise me if she was blowing the DA or local police brass. She shot that guy like she *knew* she was gonna get away with it. And anyone assuming that this guy was a hardened criminal, maybe do your research first. We can *SEE* that the cunt shot him in the back without any reasonable justification, but we don't know why he was in there or why she felt he had committed a violation of his bond. He could have just been out on a weed charge for all we know. But even if he was awaiting arraignment on a kiddie rape charge, non-compliance is still not combativeness and thus does not in itself justify the use of lethal force. Period. No other details are relevant in a situation like this. All that matters is whether or not there was a reasonable expectation of imminent death or grievous bodily harm, and the video shows that the victim was not acting in a manner which would have provoked such an expectation. Under normal circumstances where the authorities actually do their fucking jobs, shooting an unarmed person in the back is just as indefensible as causing a rear-end collision in traffic. The only consistent exception is corrections officers shooting fleeing/escaped inmates. |

This bitch was aquitted. Her son knows it was murder, listen to him. Listen to her first words to 911, AFTER he was down she says dont go out that window. She wanted that on the 911 tape to help her case. Thats premeditation.
