He is killed off screen, just fyi but pretty exciting. Don't know how to embed video so any help is appreciated. Do they have a right to kill fleeing suspects?

She was the aggressor. He put his hands up and then she shoves him. The angle from which she shoots tells me he was either on the floor or going down stairs. Murder in my opinion

Oh, and not if they are facing away from you trying to escape. I guess it depends on the country though. But to me he was never a suspect

Yeah thats a no from me dawg and I am no anti-gun/anti-AMerican but that bitch resorted to the gun because she was powerless as all women are when confronted with a man who isn't doing as he is told.

He was walking away from her, did not attack her or threaten her.

I have seen women brutally killed for less and she gets away with it. Someday she will do it to the wrong person.

I believe neither she or her son would have been able to subdue him otherwise. It's fucked up that this situation ended in death, but at the same time, if he had followed orders, it would not have turned out this way.

He should've just let her put the bracelets on.

Just listen to the waste of fucking life say "yeah I did" with no remorse when her son states that she has shot the man.

Definitely looks like Chasity (is that even a name?) was completely at fault here.
Even if the victim (Brandon) was acting somewhat feisty, he did not pose an immediate threat to her. The man was unarmed and vulnerable. I'm not trying to make a martyr out of him, but one thing is for certain: this wasn't your standard run-of-the-mill "self-defense" shooting, and penalties should be sought.
