I have looked at a few threads and have watched the documentary a few times and I do not think anyone has brought up this as of yet: "Gut fermentation syndrome, also known as intestinal candida infection or auto-brewery syndrome... I don't think it's right that Warren Hance is being sued just because it was his vehicle that Diane was driving... Now if the vehicle had mechanical problems and he knew about them or didn't fix them, then yes he should be sued, but nothing was mentioned about the vehicle having any kind of problem.

She had multiple jaw and rib fractures. That maybe why she looks different. According to the autopsy, her BAC was .19, over 2 times the legal limit of .08. She also had unmetabolized alcohol in her stomach, as well as alcohol in her bladder. Not to mention, THC was found in her system. Too many lives have been lost because of this.

Very sad. I know her husband is in denial and doesnt want to believe his wife is responsible for this horrible accident. That being said I wonder if they were up late drinking the night before the accident. He could of thought she was ok to drive --remember the camp ground owners said she didnt appear to be drunk at 9:00 and she spoke with the girls mom about tickets to a play that morning as well.

Her husband, Danny, could have known she drank and smoked pot but was shocked that she would do it while driving a van full of kids. He may be a jerk but I dont think he would knowing let his wife drive for a 2 hour trip witn a van full of kids, if there was any sign of being shit faced.
