Unfortunately, no news media seems interested in figuring out what he did or didn't do. And it doesn't matter, everyone's mind has been made up and when the investigation is complete, it won't matter either way.

Well...a person that has been arrested 31 times for say, jaywalking or failure to pay parking tickets, they are the least of my worries. Something tells me that many arrests on a persons record means they didn't do much, if any, time incarcerated. A petty criminal.

I learned that after I had to go to court as a witness to a domestic abuse case. The officer told me "All I need is one little thing to get an arrest...failure to appear for a parking ticket...anything. I got her ass." (It was a 20 year old who kept locking her sister and kids out of the house when she had men over for sex).

I couldn't believe a parking ticket would get you locked up! Needless to say, the one time I got one i paid it quick and in a hurry.

So you're saying that if someone is a petty criminal, you shouldn't arrest them if they resist? They were trying to arrest him for the same thing (if you listen closely) that he's been arrested for before.

Apparently if you're only a "petty" criminal, you're allowed to resist arrest, and that means the cops are at fault if you die while they try to restrain you. That makes a lot of sense.
