I agree, but, what we are talking about is probability, not profiling. Furthermore, we are human and tend to have very strong pattern recognition. If someone is wearing baggy pants, acting and talking a certain way(thugish), it is reasonable to assume they are a thug and up to no good. Especially when they refuse to comply and the setting is a law enforcement setting(survival). Its about perception. If it looks a certain way, it most likely acts a certain way. Blacks need to raise their collective conscious, and lift themselves up from the "perception" basment. A lot of blacks agree, that "black prision culture" has hijacked the black community. Mainly due to the lack of fathers and male role models. I choose to not dress a certain way, because of what it is affiliated with, behaviorally. Charles Barley summed it up in saying blacks need to change the way they are perceived, and act as equally successful people.

He did nOT die from a chokehold. He died from a laryngospasm secondary to an asthmatic attack. He had 31 arrests since his 18th birthday, 11 arrests as a teenager, including prime suspect in a drive-by in which a young girl was paralyzed and rape charges. He never worked a day in his life and had six children by different women on welfare. He was not simply "selling loose cigarettes", but was a distributer for a group bringing hundreds of cartons into the city every week from down south (untaxed). The takedown was ordered by a black female sergeant on the scene. They could not MACE him because of his asthmatic history. His death was due to hisd own conduct. He is no loss to the planet or the community. The dirtbag dysfunctional scumbag mayor DeBlassio called him a "Good man". The police officer was the good man. Mayor Deblasio and his rodent-faced wife, Eric Holder, and scumbag Al Sharpton rest in hell for the demonstrations that resulted in the murder of two brave New York Police officers. The stench of urine and feces from the Mayor and the demonstrators fills the city.

I salute the New York City Police Department.

Again, regardless of how shitty his criminal record or his family life was that doesn't mean the police can just go around killing people. The justice system was designed to be fair to everyone, or else it doesn't work. Sure, I agree he probably should have been taken off of the street...but by a fair trial like everyone else is. When the government can just go around dishing out "street justice" and killing whoever they want, that's usually in a Communist country shithole...not the U.S.A. Fuck that cop and every other one like him.
