I'm pretty confident he was having a heart attack well before the cops got to him. Friends said he looked ill that day and was acting unusually agitated. I'd bet good money if the cops had never seen him he would have gone into arrest all on his own by the end of the day--the cops just hastened the process. Still doesn't excuse the cops behavior--they are overly aggressive with enough people here that it was only a matter of time before something like this happened.
