Had this idiot just complied with the police, he would have lived. Same thing with the other idiot in ferguson. The one factor most people (stupid), refuse to look at, is the FACT that both of these assholes refused to comply. Protests in the wake of these 2 idiots, supporting them and there cause, is an absolute embarrassment. It is a testament to just how spectacularly stupid these people are. And just how jaded there perception is, of how society works and there place in it, and how to truly succeed. Black people as a whole, are unsuccessful because of there attitude. They are victims of there own stupidity. Its simple, allow black prison culture to be the "model" of what to reflect or aspire to as a black youth, and you will experience prejudice and non-success for the foreseeable future. Most blacks are stuck emulating the thug image and left pondering why they experience the blow back they do. LMFAO..... have at it.  .

Just an FYI- Choking someone unconscious isn't SOP for any police agency in the U.S. Eventually someone will blow that pig's head off and I can't say I will give a shit. The police are out of control in this country (and many other countries) they just happen to be getting caught now that just about everyone has cameras on their phones.

it's a free country but no one is above the law so FUCKING OBEY its workers , if you were told stop,fucking stop if you were told hands up put your fucking hands up. i been stop many times due to speeding but i didn't act like a king shit! they check me out and let go. i'm not dead nor choked nor shot.!!

Why didn't Eric just listen to the cops? If he was smart he should've let them arrest him and make a (civilised) complaint later. Whether you're innocent or not, resisting arrest is only going to make things worse and it's not going to end well for you. |

The police are nothing but people with guns to me, and I'm just as armed as they are. If you're asking how it would affect me to not have the police...the answer is very little. In shitholes like NYC and other parts of the country where people are 100% reliant on the police to protect them, well...that's their problem.

What is actually out of control is the sheer stupidity, and lack of accountability for ones OWN actions, in this country. It is sickening to hear the excuses from the black and minority communities as a whole, for their own lack of success. Its always "oppression" for the reason they lack upward mobility. Look like a thug, talk like a thug, expected to be treated like one. Charles Barley, NAILED it when he said, black people MUST change the perception of themselves. Its embarrassing, blacks promote illiteracy, lack of proper English, both spoken and written and manners as a virtue of some type. FOOLS.
