Re: A Collage of World Trade Center Jumpers

Turbulence caused them to tumble.

Excellent post, there was a documentary here in the UK last week, it concerned the identifying of the guy below. They succeeded, he was a events manager at the restaurant at the top of the 1st tower.
A classmate of mine was working at that restaurant and was supposed to go pick up her check or somesuch that morning, but she got up late and by then the jets had already hit...lucky girl - proves that sleeping in can save your life!

That's a pretty common occurence....I read somewhere that it might be a holdover from when our ancestors slept in trees and had to keep balance throughout the night....

Wow, I bet she really appreciates life now, she must have known a lot of people that lost their lives there.

Yeah...the poor thing also ended up losing her apt., everything she owned and almost her cat, as her apt. was just a short distance from the towers, so it was in the quarentine area...she was able to sneak back to grab her cat thanks to a nice nypd officer, but had no place to go so had to come home and lost everything...but she's always been tough and driven, so it didn't stop her for long

Events manager? So he's the one who planned the attacks. I see.

Yep, he was sick of those stuck up customers - I know when I had to work with the public as a manager I wanted to blow shit up

Re: A Collage of World Trade Center Jumpers

When the only choice that you have is to burn alive or jump, which one would you pick?

Jump, no question about it...burning to death is about the worst way to go
