They identified him a few hours ago, Thomas Matthew Crooks. I saw this guy's photo paired with another guy's photo being passed around but you can ignore those. I'm surprised this guy's picture was even being passed around considering he's got those ear gauging rings that turn your earlobes into stretched mess.
