The truck driver is fucked. She had a walk signal and was in the crosswalk. Idk how he didn’t notice the giant big bird hadn’t finished crossing. She didn’t step out into his blind spot, she was already there before he turned. Yes she was being a weirdo just standing there but she still had the right of way light.

From the truck drivers point of view, there are a ton of people crossing the street so its hard to keep track of every single one. Shes standing right in his blind spot and he saw a crowd of people cross and waited a few seconds and saw nobody else so assumed everyone had crossed. You would never expect someone to just stand still in the middle of a cross walk like that.

She apparently FAILED Crossing Guard 101... no hand sign, no whistle, not standing in mid-crosswalk, back toward oncoming traffic, not even any arm/hand signals. She deserved to get run over! Good riddance.
