Re: UnitedHealthcare CEO Assassination
I fully agree. That guy himself was denied life saving treatment, OR it was someone he loves very much .. yeah, it would not be a surprise.

Re: UnitedHealthcare CEO Assassination
I think it was a combination of the silencer and subsonic ammunition that caused the jamming. Hearing regular and subsonic ammo on a pistol with a silencer........the difference is night & day. The problem with subsonic ammo is there's significantly less gas.......gas that's needed to expel the shell casing, cycle the bolt, loading the next round. It's a shame he didn't encounter a squib. |

Re: UnitedHealthcare CEO Assassination
Not true. Or not entirely true. With the expected back pressure a can could produce, there's a greater return force in the weapon firing, or else all subsonic ammunition would not function outside of bolt action or single shot weapons. Some weapons, and cans, will vary on performance regardless. And of course, ammunition.

Re: UnitedHealthcare CEO Assassination
They are saying that each of the 3 bullets had a phrase from United Healthcare's "decline coverage" program. 1 said "Deny", the 2nd said "Delay" and the 3rd one said "Depose" which were apparently UH's standard for denying care for people who were older, poor, on the edge of or already in Alzheimer's, or too frail or poor to fight back. Most did not even appeal denials, (Which the court said were denials that were canceled in 99% of the cases when the patients appealed them, but which only a few patients were willing or able to do!) There are court cases ongoing against UH right now, and more probably coming. So yeah, my training at the Colombian School of Forensic Science and Plumbing tells me "Yeah, someone had a grudge!" the same way looking at a drug guy who was cut into pieces, castrated, had his penis placed in his mouth, and was set on fire leads me to believe "Yeah, someone had a grudge!" |
