in some countries, giving support to a victim is an admission of guilt and opens the helper to litigation which can financially cripple them not every country has the same point of view of the western world - hence why videos and pictures that are posted on this site are generally from a select group of nations, and not from australia, america, britain and the like where morals "seem" higher |
