Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
Doesn’t matter what it sounds like. That woman found out what happens if when you don’t comply. Her family doesn’t care that she “dindunuffin”, they have to miss her forever. If you want to reform the police or federal agents, you can do so in court. Don’t go telling your fellow citizens that they should ignore federal agents, unless your goal is to get them killed |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
I agree with you whole heartedly but again given the fact the police in the states are so bullet happy I personally would have just stopped because I would be scared that I would become a victim of this exact action. I dont condone it at all, I think its scary as f but again its why I would not put myself in that position and stop what I was doing and put my hands up. Very fucked up indeed I think Vances comments were despicable. Very Very sad for the girl and her family. I guess well learn more in due course. |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
She was asked to just stop. This was not peaceful protesting, go find a front view photo since I can't post it here. She escalated a high stress situation the moment she hit the gas pedal. You can call it murder or self defense...this situation was avoidable. We wouldn't need ICE if we didn't have millions of people here illegally. Every single country needs borders, limitations and rules. Our country is struggling on its own when I know plenty of fellow Americans that can barely get healthcare, keep food on the table and needs met. We don't have billions to spend on illegal immigration, but that's what's happened. If people want to come to America, go through the legal process. Letting millions in created a mess, and there's no easy solution to that. I try to look at both sides to this entire situation. I just find it interesting that the same people saying she was needlessly murdered were more than likely saying Charlie Kirk deserved his fate when the guy was just giving his public opinions. Our country is so divided and its just going to keep getting worse. It's sad this woman died but this was an avoidable situation that she escalated. |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
This is a possible scenario in high stress situations that get escalated. In a situation like this a car can be a weapon. If she was asked to stop, just stop. Attempt to deescalate. If she had taken her foot off the gas, and foot off the brake, she'd be here today. She was not peacefully protesting. |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
The chances are especially low as the Feds, obviously anticipating independent State action have now had the FBI lock the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) out of the evidence files. A friend pointed out that if the Feds want this case to go away, the surest way might be to obtain an indictment get the charges dismissed, which permanently quashes it under double jeopardy, only the possibility of future federal prosecution. On the other hand, if MN really wants justice for Renee Nicole Good, then it might hold off until after Jan 20, 2029 since there is no statute of limitations on murder. This would avoid similarly having to fail, given that a pre-Jan 20, 2029 case would be kicked to the federal courts by the Trump DOJ invoking 28 USC §1442, and then from the MN district court, where it would go, DOJ will certainly claim it doesn't meet the bar set in Martin v. United States (2025) for skirting the holdings in In Re Neagle, and if the district court judge disagrees with DOJ, then that issue would then be settled by the 8th circuit where 10 of the 11 judges of the 8th circuit were nominated by Republicans, including 4 by Trump, where it would die. So yeah, basicly, any pre-Jan 20, 2029 prosecution of the ICE officer would be a shitshow. |

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
Minnesota still has to conduct an investigation. The FBI can lock their info but I don't see how they can block a criminal investigation within their jurisdiction. I agree charges should wait but they won't. The trial would be interesting, but a federal judge could rule they have no authority over the case on issues during a federal operation.

Good work ICE. Entitled white liberal women need to stay out of the way. She has no right to impede an operation. Stay in the sidelines dumbasses.

Re: ICE Agent Shoots and Kills Woman in Minneapolis
My adult daughter brought up this incident. I told her I wasn’t going to get into the ICE person’s response right/wrong but this is what I will say; don’t you put yourself in a position to have any action you take misunderstood by the good cop who perceives a threat or the bad cop who responds with a horrible over-reaction (10/80/10 rule applies to law enforcement, as it does with every other occupation). Take your ticket, have your day in court. How many videos do you need to watch or news reports of matters being adjudicated in the street to know it seldom if ever works out for the better for anyone. She kept pushing this with me, with the “fascist pigs” rhetoric to which I told her if she really believes everyone with a badge is a fascist pig who gets out of bed every day hoping today is the day they get to blow someone away, isn’t that more of a reason to think carefully. If you are right, be right in court and have the last laugh where it counts. So “comply or die” she asked? Yeah, that’s entirely possible given how you act and the unknown of where that person resides on the 10/80/10 scale. I guess if you feel it’s worth rolling the dice, then have at it. Wouldn’t be the first time a kid feels their parent is full of shit, I suppose.
