If anything, the taser after he was shot was a bit much. At that point he was gushing blood, bat dropped, and hands out to his side. The cuffs and hand behind the back too. Should've done cpr at that point. Sans Forethought of it hitting his heart

Jesus Christ- the dude is getting tased and can barely stand up let alone swing a bat with any force or accuracy. The cop could have easily backed up and waited 5 seconds for his backup to arrive to hit him with the second taser which would have brought him down immediately.
