The motorcycle driver was most likely going over 100 mph. It can take less than 5 seconds for the motorcycle to cover the length of 2 football fields. The car driver misjudged how much time she had to cross.

Thisbis the best answer. Shared responsibility on this one. She stopped and went showing she was aware. I thnk his redline speed made her misjudge distance.

I think she did too. There would be enough bike and door pieces flying at her. I think both were lights out instantly.
