She made the turn at less than a 90 degree angle which took longer and caused her car to occupy more of the lane. She probably did this because she realized he was closing at a much faster speed. That caused her to hesitate, but she had already committed and was out of options. Had she executed the turn perfectly, it wouldn't have charged the outcome.

I feel like when drivers are looking both ways, they are looking for other vehicles. They don't seem to see bikes and motorcycles because they are "trained" on looking for cars. That's just my opinion. She did yield.

Yes, it's the biker's body that slide off the hood of the car to the right.

It seems fucked up that nobody tried to open her door or reach thru the broken window to pull her out but I have never come across a flaming wreck. We have seen decent burning vehicle gas tank bursts on DR, there is a chance you might get splashed with flaming gas. Maybe someone on here is an academic studying post crash vehicle fire gas tank explosions and their effect on rescuers and bystanders.
