It was actually a Mexican driver, all the victims were Venezuelan. Which is ironic to notice that this group was all men. Might as well give Texas back to Mexico.

I moved to SA from Houston over 3.5 years ago and yes, they are a bunch of low IQ stuck-up assholes. The Houston Mexicans were always cool and I had many Hispanic close friends there. Brownsville is full of anti white Mexicans.
