I don't see how you can watch that video at full speed and NOT think it was 100% intentional. If those other cars were going the speed limit he was doing triple at least. Plus it didn't look out of control at all. He skimmed the sidewalk and only the sidewalk where these pedestrians are. No sudden movement or jerky handling. This was intentional pedal to the floor hate crime, nothing less. |

Yeah, but about that... I know they HAVE to triage, but that POS medic wearing the glasses was doing a completely inadequate job of checking for a carotid pulse in thy ones that were unresponsive. That guy with the traumatic amputation of his lower leg was clearly alive in more than video, and dude barely checked him, before moving to the other person.  |
