Re: Deputy Dinkheller Gunned Down by M1 Carbine rifle
what kills me is ....if the officer had shot and killed this man as he loaded the mag.....there would be people on this comment wall calling him a f-ing pig, running off about giving the guy a chance to calm down.....this is why cops get such a bad reputation, because they have all seen this type of thing happen to a fellow officer because of indecision to act in a violent manner.

The only good that came out of this situation is that the crazy fucker will spend his life in prison for Capital murder and off the streets. Piece-a-shit

Re: Deputy Dinkheller Gunned Down by M1 Carbine rifle
exactly that, he took cover when he was being fired upon and as soon as the cop took cover to reload he ran on in there and unloaded into him. once he had the fear of death in him the cop stood no chance im surprised he landed a hit to the man with as much adrenaline coursing in him as he must of had |

Re: Deputy Dinkheller Gunned Down by M1 Carbine rifle
it's unlikely the cop had the same taser they use today, since this happened in 98. This cop did so many things wrong, he could have easily prevented his own death had he remembered his training and simply excercised common sense. Tragic, but preventable.
