Yep. That immediate hysterical screaming the cops do escalates things. Do they train them to scream like a panicked girl at the slightest hint of danger? Brutal. And the handcuffs and false concern was all for show. He’s even screaming at the witnesses. Uggggggh. Not that the dude probably had a great life anyway, but.

Bad shooting. After initially running at the one Officer, the guy changed directions and started to run away from the Officers. At that point the guy was clearly running away and was no longer an immediate threat when Sgt. Holman capped him 3 times in the back. Holman is going to have a hard time defending against the charges. Holman basically got caught up in the adrenaline head rush and tunnel vision that one gets in a situation like this where Holman is initially trying to protect his fellow officer but got carried away in the moment.
