He was dealing with psychosis, skin and bones, few if any teeth in his mouth, looked sick. Yeah he was a real threat, huh? The thing that bothers me is in situations like this, cops never see (particularly)men of color as someone in need of help, just always an opportunity to shoot someone so they can play the hero. I'm glad the officer was charged, this was unneccessary

And the pepper spray they supply cops with is like baby oil. Need to update non-lethal weaponry. Give the cops bear spray. No one going anywhere after that.

I’m torn on this one... and I’m usually not torn about the issue. I was prepared to see another police officer abusing his power.... but this one is tough for me. He was lunging with a knife and refusing to drop it... heading directly towards the officer. He turned around and the officer continued to fire...... but what if he would have run directly in to someone and stabbed them... wouldn’t we be pissed that he was allowed to do so? If am man is running around wielding a knife in a public place... don’t police shoot them even if they aren’t charging at them in particular? Or do they wait until he stabs someone or comes toward them? I’m so torn on this one. I’m surprised out of all of the police shootings of unarmed black men..... blatant disregard for law etc..... and THIS guy gets charged... really torn.

Lmao.. everytime a black man gets shot by police there's always those agitators that instantly start screaming "dey kilt hem an he dinn do nuffin!" Before they even actually SEE what's going on. I vote that the new communist cry should be "Hee dinn do nuufffin, hee dinn doo nuuuffiin" Because, you know, "we shall overcome" is outdated  |
