She knew. When he initially entered the store she was crouched down on her phone. Once she saw him (a man with his face covered, clearly knew he wasn't wearing that mask due to covid) and he asked for her. She stood up and says something to the other woman, then bends over, put her phone down and waits to transition from life to death. No pleading for her life or anything, she knew it was her time.

The other woman was half responsible for her co-worker's death. The guy entered the company and asked for the girl, while this other woman replied that she was there (crouching, hiding from the killer).

 What...like even attempting to find her in that poorly lit labyrinth of a store without guidance would be an exercise in futility? The maximum amount of jail time for any crime in Brazil is 30 years, so by your definition, she should get 15. How do you sleep at night? Shouldn't the blame be partially placed on the gun also? Now, I realize that complicates the math... but I think with enough time we can figure out what 30 divided by 3 is. |
