What...like even attempting to find her in that poorly lit labyrinth of a store without guidance would be an exercise in futility? The maximum amount of jail time for any crime in Brazil is 30 years, so by your definition, she should get 15. How do you sleep at night? Shouldn't the blame be partially placed on the gun also? Now, I realize that complicates the math... but I think with enough time we can figure out what 30 divided by 3 is.
The woman already knew she was marked for death, given her reactions. Therefore, she could have previously communicated with her co-worker and told her that if someone unknown came to her, say they didn't know the victim or weren't there. You can see from the video that the killer didn't know the victim.
