Peru: Barbershop Owner Shot Dead In The Street
Arequipa. Victim has been identified as G.M.M., aged 30. The Police do not rule out that the crime was perpetrated by gangs that dispute the predominance of 'drop by drop' loans in the area. |

Re: Peru: Barbershop Owner Shot Dead In The Street
We see quite a bit of barbers getting killed here on DR. Is it failure to pay protection money, or do they just give really bad haircuts?

Watch how people come out the door, looks like they're coming out of a Dutch door with the top still closed.
