They are NOT "medical maggots" lol; they look like screwfly larvae, which will eat dead and LIVING flesh too; definitely not a desirable guest. They also cause massive infection too. Horrific how alcohol/drugs/poverty can cause such apathy isn't it? makes one grateful to live in a country where health care is free.
