She told police he was out on the roof. The medical examiner said the trajectory of the bullet meant he was shot in the lower back and it exited his upper chest.
She's stupid as can be with shooting him in cold blood with a cam registering every move. Acting cool on cam and in the 911 call she plays panicking and lying as she can be heard saying that he came after her.
He was trying to get away so no threat to her, actually she is endangering a child too imo when she fired the gun.

Stillwater bail agent fatally shoots client at her office

Prosecutors Monday released video of a Stillwater bail agent fatally shooting one of her clients last year at her office.

Chasity Dawn Carey was charged with first-degree murder after the shooting. On Friday, Payne County jurors acquitted Carey, 42, of Drumright, in the Aug. 9 shooting.

At trial, Carey testified she shot the client, Brandon James Williams, 38, of Stillwater, in self-defense. She and her 19-year-old son, Justin Henderson, were attempting to take Williams, who was free on bail, back into custody at the time.

Carey testified Williams attempted to grab her gun before fleeing out her office window. She said she beat Williams to the gun and turned to fire just as he was going out the window. She shot Williams in the back.

Carey's son set up his GoPro camera in the office moments before Williams arrived that day.

Charging her with first degree murder ensured she would get off with it, I guess rednecks have a whole different approach to law enforcement over there in "Good ole boys" country.

There was no struggle for the gun, she just shot him to stop him from escaping, the law is an ass in that part of the world it would seem.

The charges of murder were dropped until this video was released and in the end she did get first degree murder.

Looks like the gun went off when she let go of the slide. I think she had her finger on the trigger, racked the slide and it fired. She is obviously incompetent and should not be in law enforcement or own a gun

I believe neither she or her son would have been able to subdue him otherwise. It's fucked up that this situation ended in death, but at the same time, if he had followed orders, it would not have turned out this way.

He should've just let her put the bracelets on.

I was not saying that what she did was right. Only that if he had complied, this probably would not have turned out this way.

There was fault on both sides.
