Action starts around 3:50. She was the aggressor. He put his hands up and then she shoves him. The angle from which she shoots tells me he was either on the floor or going down stairs. Murder in my opinion |

She simply pulls out her gun and shoots him in cold blood. But.... I believe neither she or her son would have been able to subdue him otherwise. It's fucked up that this situation ended in death, but at the same time, if he had followed orders, it would not have turned out this way. He should've just let her put the bracelets on. |

Unbelievable. How did she not get charged with murder? Just listen to the waste of fucking life say "yeah I did" with no remorse when her son states that she has shot the man. Can we not start a world wide petition to have this bitch fried and taught an important lesson? |

Definitely looks like Chasity (is that even a name?) was completely at fault here. Even if the victim (Brandon) was acting somewhat feisty, he did not pose an immediate threat to her. The man was unarmed and vulnerable. I'm not trying to make a martyr out of him, but one thing is for certain: this wasn't your standard run-of-the-mill "self-defense" shooting, and penalties should be sought. |
