Re: Female-to-Male Gender Re-assignment Surgery (GRS) - Phalloplasty
It must be very difficult and lonely. I hope you are able to find that right person, who accepts you for who you are, no matter what your body looks like.

I wonder if they get to choose the size and girth of their new penis. I mean hey, if you're going to do it, you might as well super-size it right? ...I guess it would also depend on the amount of your own flesh you could contribute to making it that large. Although it would be ironic if you did get a huge one, and the woman you sleep with says you're too big. |

Re: Female-to-Male Gender Re-assignment Surgery (GRS) - Phalloplasty
most surgeons will say keep it average because it wont contract as much as a bio male phallus does when not erect(leading to permanent embaressing pant snake issue). 7 inches max for comfort and durability. the pumps in the for erectons need to be replaced more often if phallus is bigger and donor site scar tissue is also an issue.

I have a bunch of trans friends and none of them would consider this surgery because you don't have any sexual sensation. When you're on testosterone you can also use a pump to increase the clit size even bigger.

Yeah but on the other hand they have to deal with vaginal dryness and atrophy and other health damaging things too much testosterone does to female bodies. They aren't made to have that much in their system.
