Some of them just look fake, or doesn't have a head, which is weird. Why do the doctors make them like that? Or were those dicks partially done?
It seems like they would want to make them as close to a real dick as possible, and I know they put this inflating double tube system thing in the shaft so they can get and maintain an erection; the pump goes in the testicles, the two tubes go into the shaft. When you pump it up, it gives you an erection, then when you are done, you "deflate" it.

Also, they use the clit as the head of the dick, so that skin on the head of the dick has the same sensitivity as it would if they were born male. They don't just cut the clit off.

Also, the whole time the transmen is taking testosterone, the clit grows, sometimes up to several inches. Some transmen choose not to have bottom surgery. Some choose to work with what they have.

I think it's more about feeling "whole" than satisfying their partner. And I think that most of these people would give up the ability to orgasm in exchange for the feeling of being a whole person. I just want to say a few things as a noon and as a transman.

Transitioning from female to male goes in a few stages surgically:
1. Hormones. This leads to male body fat patterns, and clitoral growth.
2. Top Surgey which can be done in many different ways but the popular is a Peri areolar bilateral mastectomy.
3. Because testosterone actually causes cancerous changes after 2-5years of testisterone , a total hysterectomy is recommended. Most men get their entire vagina or most of it removed at this point and it will be completely sealed iver on bottom surgery. I have not heard if a surgeon who would allow someone a penis and a vagina; because it goes against the ethics of trans people and classic gender legalities.
4. Bottom surgery: metoidoplasty, phalloplasty, scrotoplasty.
A. Metoidoplasty uses the existing clitoral length, reroutes the urinary track through and cuts the labia to form a phallus from the clitoris which is normally enlarged to 1-3" by use of testosterone.
B. Phalloplasty can be done on top of a metoidoplasty or a bio males existing penis or just from the enlarges dickclit. It uses extra skin from forearm or ribs. The clitoris can be buried inside or kept outside. But is not used as the head of the penis in any phallo I have seen. It just doesnt happen.
This Surgey takes months and many stages and often the last stage is the redefining the mushroom head of the pH all us and making it look pretty
Because functionality needs to be achieved first(I.e. erections, urination) before appearances.

Also I think most of us are single when we transition. People just don't want transman. And our relationships often crumble because most of us started them as lesbians and the other lesbians doesn't want a man.
I've been single since early 2013. I am essentially sexually unwanted because of my need to become more comfortable in my body.

And a clitoris which looks like a micropenis.

No surgeries, just hormones. I am man in public but no one knows how to fuck someone who is stuck in the middle!

Everyone always has misinformation, of all the things you could learn about and see in this world, transgender surgeries are a very very miniscule part of a tiny niche that is LGBTIQ.

I understand where you are coming from. It does suck to be stuck in the middle..do you plan to stay where you are at currently? You don't have to answer if you don't like.
