Female-to-Male Gender Re-assignment Surgery (GRS) - Phalloplasty
This is for transsexuals going the other way to those shown in my previous thread. This is the procedure some transsexual men undertake. The procedure is called Phalloplasty. Flesh is cut from the arm and formed into a penis, which is then grafted between the legs. I'm not sure where the 'testicles' are formed from, but some will also have a pump inserted into one of these 'testicles', which then pumps up the new penis to form an erection.

Wow, great post! I've been looking for pictures like this for a while now, just for curiosity's sake. Previously I've only been able to locate like one or two FTM penis pics, and like most of these, they looked fake as hell, very unnatural. I think my curiosity started after one night I had a dream that I had a dick, and I was getting ready to have sex with Amanda Seyfried, and I was thinking "yes! I finally get to know how it feels to have a dick and have sex with a chick!" Look, I'm not a weirdo, I just always wanted to know what guys felt like when they were banging us! Bahahahahahaha!  |

Interesting, but I question why any woman with manlike tendencies would want a quasi-penis. Now male-to-female I can understand.

Probably the thigh tissue. You can see the effects of skin grafting from the inner thigh in several pics. Goddamn that it some gory fucking shit  Is there any form of erogenous sensation after that? |
