Re: Federal Lawsuit Against Mundelein Town & 2 Cops After Tasering During Sobriety Test
he was put under arrest for jumping out of the vehicle without being instructed to and then he wanted to harass the officers instead of just getting his ass back into the car and not getting arrested

Re: Federal Lawsuit Against Mundelein Town & 2 Cops After Tasering During Sobriety Test
If the guy has a heart condition, maybe he should stay calm and do what the cops tell him instead of forcing them to Tase him and then resisting arrest. If he'd obeyed, he would have been fine. The woman was trying to get him to obey the police, too. She was handcuffed and put in the car (but not arrested as far as I can tell) because they can't deal with her and him simultaneously (as the cop explains). The cop car is a lot warmer than making her stand outside in the cold.

Re: Federal Lawsuit Against Mundelein Town & 2 Cops After Tasering During Sobriety Test
The cop was totally justified. There are many officers who pull over a female with a male companion who are shot or assaulted. If the guy sat in the car like he was instructed to none of it would have happened.

Re: Federal Lawsuit Against Mundelein Town & 2 Cops After Tasering During Sobriety Test
cmon, did you not read the factual statement above the the video?he did get back in the van and he even put his belt on.those officers took the situation to another level.they pulled that vehicle over just because they can. they were looking for reasons to arrest or give citations. she was not drunk, the male passenger was.she did not impead with his investigation,if she did not tell the passenger to get back in then he probably would not have done so.there were to rookie officers who were looking for trouble who helped too escolated the violence.most likely they were mad over having too work a holiday

Re: Federal Lawsuit Against Mundelein Town & 2 Cops After Tasering During Sobriety Test
Justified. Ask, tell, under arrest for hindering an investigation. When the officers attempted to effect the arrest, the subject did not comply when they told him to step out. At that point, you must use the force continuum and elevate to effect an arrest. In that scenario, taser seemed like a good option.

Re: Federal Lawsuit Against Mundelein Town & 2 Cops After Tasering During Sobriety Test
OK INFO FOR ALL....TASERS DONT AGGRAVATE HEART CONDITIONS...THEY DONT SCREW UP PACE MAKERS EITHER.ALSO YOU ONLY NEED YOUR RIGHTS READ TO YOU IF THE POLICE INTEND TO ASK YOU QUESTIONS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE CRIME YOUR BEING ARRESTED FOR OR SUSPECTED OF
