I counted the officer(s) say, "get back in the car" a total of seven times. Just sit there in the seat, wait, and then you'll be off.

If what the article says is true, that the man got back in the car and buckled his seat belt, than the cops should have just kept an eye on him from there.

Cops are the biggest assholes if they think you are disrespecting them.. They need to realize it's not enjoyable or convenient to have to be pulled over and waste your time. it baffles me that cops, civilians like us, normal everyday people are allowed to handle people with that kinda force

im diabetic, with severe problems with DKA, so i lost a ton of weight and have flabby skin to boot, along with an insulin pump cath that goes right into my stomach with a strong medical adhesive so it doesnt easily come off and needs to be peeled off...i was wrongfully pointed out as a suspect, pulled over by 7 cops (felony stop protocal) and when the cops told me what to do, i listened and followed every direction, when he got to searching me, i asked him to go easy cuz i have an insulin pump with a cath that runs along my midriff...the cop yanked the cath out of my stomach, it took along a nice chunk of skin with it, and being im diabetic that wound didnt heal fast for shit

so explain to me why listening to every direction a cop gives is always a good idea? they seem to only make my day worse everytime they stop me, and i dont have a felony on my record...

i understand where some of the people here who are in law enforcement are coming from...but realistically most cops arent as good natured and kind hearted...i realize you guys deal with shit heads everyday but if your attitude is "suspect everyday is carrying an ak47 and about to shoot you" then law enforcement isnt exactly your line of work...if you think resolving any problem with tasers and guns is easily justified, then you lack the proper brain function to enforce laws period...power trips are a bitch...and we are on the shit end of those power trips, you cant deny that
