while i HATE police officers as a whole, he did have plenty of time to at least give proper info.. i think most police officers are typically on complete power trips this guy SEEMED like he was just doing his job. And that kid died over shiny new headlights... both could have solved this issue in better ways. Officer was not right to with hold obvious information: "I'm driving a new vehicle tonight, I've been flashed a couple of times because these headlights are new." umm... the fucking KID said your brights were on "sir" and I was just letting you know. Really??? This is the rule of law? No this is the use of law for your own "power" ends. How did this turn out in court?

Bottom line that cop should wear a skirt if he actually feared that kid actually knocking him unconcious and taking his weapon. if he was honest and admiited he killed the KID for basically knowing his rights What a puss.
