I'm all for knowing your rights, but if a man or woman with a badge on their chest and a gun on their hip asks you to do something, just do it. If they violate your rights, sue them afterwards and laugh your ass off all the way to the bank. At least you're alive (and rich). It's better than the alternative.

I admit, yes, some officers have a power trip and go overboard, but in the last several years, so many people have suddenly started acting that they graduated top of their class in Harvard Law and started telling police what they can and can't do when they're knowledge of the law was given to them in a 5 minute conversation at the water cooler by someone who has never studied law at all and they've actually been misinformed.

Be polite. Cooperate. Don't make sudden moves, and tell the officer when and where you're reaching, and what you're reaching for. You'll likely be back on your way in 10 minutes tops. Officers are paranoid, but you'd be too in their position. This Sgt. told the kid he stopped someone earlier that evening for doing the same thing, but they got away without even a ticket. Be polite and live Or be an ass and get shot. You choose.

This dude was high as fuck, driving at night without a drivers license. By law, you're required to have the items he requested in your vehicle. How hard is it to understand? Apparently hard for you.

The cop did however use a pretty lame bait tactic used to catch DDs. Drunks and people who are high are going to be more sensitive to light, especially in a rural area at night the chances are high. He pulled him over for a legal reason but a pretty weak one. Regardless it could have been over in seconds.

That kid did not deserve too be shot to death. PIRIOD. He looked weak as shit and talked like he was 11 for crying out loud, what do these officers do for training? The pic only looks bad. Its a broken nose at best. All the blood is from that one break and its stupid easy too break a nose. Dont these guys take pepper spray too the face with an open eye in training? The peoblem with all these shootings is not that people should stop being asses, there sheeple, its what they do, what we shouldent be doing is paying for sheap hearders that will just kill the fucking sheep if it runs away or runs into them!! Like what the actual fuck. It is not ok too fuckin kill someone when they have hurt you or disobeyed you. The problem is that police should not use their guns as the first and only tool in that tool belt! You dont use a sledge hammer to tack nails! You dont use a steam roller to flaten your garden bed! You dont use a gun too shoot down a fleeing car or perp unless they have a fucking gun aswell! Jesus christ look at how england and britian deal with crazy machete wilders, NO GUNS.
