We use bypass pruners (standard tree trimming type) for the breastplate - quick and efficient. Everyone in the autopsy suite wears a mask when the saw comes out. We don't want to breath in that nasty bone dust!! Great post and photos - been through lots of autopsies and they look just like that! The only thing missing, thank God, is the "aroma"! |

Fantastic post. I don't find anything gross or disturbing here. Really thorouhg explanation of authopsy. But, i have one question, where are internal organs, are they back in the body or thrown away as medical waste?
