They are most common "random" numbers humans tend to type and the way the number sequences repeat also suggests that they are mostly random numbers...maybe roughly within some predefined number range.
Humans are very bad at generating random numbers and almost always tend to use the same numbers and use some numbers more orften than others.

In that "report" the number sequence that repeats(and imo is the most important) is

The numbers 234, 324, 432 etc are very common when randomly typing in numbers. I know it because i do it almost on a daily basis. Im a web-dev and i constantly need to type in test data...fake phone numbers, emails, order numbers and i recognize these numbers as "one of my own".
even numbers with 7 in them are familiar to me.
numbers that are adjacen on numpad/laptop keyboard row tend to go together. number duplication is also common...but not as common( i.e 44 500 injured and 889 tanks destroyed ).
4 and 8 are duplicates, and also adjacent.

Source for the proof? I don't get it. What do you want? Autopsy report? That up there is from an unofficial statement of his comrade who was trying to get him out of the water. But don't you worry, an official investigation is underway and everything will be documented and available as soon as possible. And when it does become available, you'll be first to see it.

I checked the video and it seems like the guy takes a fragment through his head. You can see one fragment either going through his head or grazing it from below the neck...maybe damaging the spinal cord.
