I'm assuming you're asking if Russia could shoot it down? Yeah... they're "allowed" to shoot at whatever they want, just so long as they're also willing to accept the consequences. Though...the Russians are going to fuck around and find out what a well funded, well trained U.S./NATO superpower can do with an armed force not crippled by theft, corruption, and bullshit peacocking propaganda. They would do well to be careful what flag is on the aircraft they take a shot at.

What you see here is Magyar cnut using what is suspected to be cyanogen chloride on Z soldier. The chemical component was dropped on him while he was on the land and he jumped into the water to wash it away which is why he is in the freezing water to begin with. That is when you see his colleague trying to lead him out of the water but for some reason wasn't able to and that's when we see these events. |

From what I can tell. It looks like the grenade/IED hits the water and sends a frag directly towards his head. You can see the water churn in a line near his face. I believe that a piece caused a brain injury that prevented him from using any purposeful movements. He may have been borderline unconscious. You can see his arms drawn up in decorticate posturing. His legs keep going.
