This is not true. Color of skin is not registered. Neither on your passport nor "Personalausweis" nor on any other form, application or anything else. Police use it in there "wanted"-bulletins to describe the wanted offenders as best as possible, but that's all. Even the media, as long as it's not "Bild", does not mention color of skin or assumed origin due to a commitment. Where do you live and what newspapers do you read?!  |

Phenotype description such as "südländisches Erscheinungsbild" or "osteuropäisches Erscheinungsbild" is a common phrase in police data on known fugitives.

Kind of. Genes and environmental conditioning all play a part. Genetic make up can give you a pre-disposition towards certain behaviour but it requires an environmental trigger to manifest. Males do tend to be more aggressive but it is very possible, when raised in a certain environment, to produce all kinds on the spectrum, from submissive to aggressive. Apparently it has a lot to do with early socialisation. You see the same in things such as suicides. Men will more likely use guns etc. whereas women will tend to use pills. |

Women do murder also but more subtle using poison on their husbands e.g.. So my theory is that female murderers exist in great numbers but just don't get caught as often as men.

Michael Bascum Selsor Executed May 1, 2012 06:06 p.m. CDT by Lethal Injection in Oklahoma  Victim:  Clayton Chandler, 55 Crime: Selsor and Dodson's crime spree began Sept. 4, 1975, when they robbed a convenience store in north Tulsa and shot the clerk, Frank Danyeur, in the back. Danyeur survived. On Sept. 6, Selsor stabbed Naomi Wilson, a store clerk in Jenks, more than 20 times after she screamed for help. During the trial, she identified Selsor as the man who stabbed her. Two more stores were robbed over the next week before Selsor and Dodson robbed another store in west Tulsa. There, Ina Morris was shot seven times and Chandler was shot to death. Morris testified in court that she saw Dodson with the gun and saw him pull the trigger. His 37 years on death row rank Selsor near the top in longevity since the death penalty was reinstated nationwide in 1976. When Oklahoma's death penalty statute was ruled unconstitutional in 1976, Selsor's death sentence was replaced with a sentence of Life Without Parole. Selsor continued to appeal his conviction, which was overturned in 1996. After a retrial in 1998, Selsor was again convicted and sentenced to death. Accomplice Dodson was acquitted for the murder of Chandler. However, he was convicted of robbery and shooting with intent to kill Morris, with a previous felony conviction.
