Re: Trayvon Martin Crime Scene Photos

I've been the victim of a break-in before, and lost some very precious sentimentally valuable things as well as about $1,500 worth of electronics. And yes, it fucking sucked, but boohoo. It was just stuff. I do not consider deterring robbery to EVER be worth the life of another human being. Property is replaceable, people are not.
Not everyone breaks into homes to steal stuff.

Re: Trayvon Martin Crime Scene Photos

So fucked up is that all the blacks are siding with Martin automatically for his skin color.

The fact is that no one really knows what went on that night besides George Zimmerman, and all the evidence against him are highly subjective and questionable. He cannot be proven guilty based on the evidence prosecutors procured.

The only way to make GZ guilty is if people outlaw self-defense which was his basis of innocence.

Re: Trayvon Martin Crime Scene Photos

You're talking about gun use as a whole, my opinion is context specific. I fully support the right to keep firearm in your home for self defense, but skulking around the neighborhood with a loaded gun, seeking out 'suspicious characters' crosses a moral boundary for me. (Especially considering that, I and others I personally know, have at one time or another accidentally locked keys in our homes or vehicles, and had to break into them ourselves. )
He was a neighborhood watch, that's why he was looking for suspicious activity, that is against your morals? And so what if he had a pistol on him, why should that make a difference? Put a baton in his hands, is he no longer breaking your moral code boundary?

And if you are caught by neighborhood watch trying to break into your own car, wouldn't the only thing to do is explain the situation to the curious watchman? I doubt he will come out of the bushes guns a blazin'.

Re: Trayvon Martin Crime Scene Photos

The jury doesn't want to be identified yet, but guess what...one of them is already writing a book. Juror can't even wait until Zimmerman wipes the smile off his face.
The verdict won't make any sense to anyone who wasn't directly involved with the case such as the legal counsel, judge, jury, and anyone in attendance from day one to the conclusion of the trial. The media won't give you the benefit of objective reporting, especially with a racially divisive, nationally broadcasted case such as this one. That being said, nobody aside from those I mentioned earlier will ever be able to honestly substantiate guilt or innocence in this case. If however you stumble upon the transcripts of the case, please let me know, I would like to read them.

As far as the jurors maintaining anonymity, except of course for the self-serving book writer, who could possibly blame them for doing so? Once people find out who they are, you can be assured that they will be permanently ostracized from society for being a racist. Quite honestly, I would hate to have the distinction of being one of those jurors. IMO, I think they would have been damned either way either as liberal appeasers who feared retribution over making a sound legal decision or as racist hate mongers unsympathetic to the plight of black people who already made up their minds before the trial began.

All the jurors are racist, there is no other explanation, except facts, but who cares about facts. All a bunch racists.

Re: Trayvon Martin Crime Scene Photos

So sick of the race card, beyond sick!!! Grave mistakes were made by both of them. I never heard a clear answer on who TOUCHED who first, and I followed it pretty close. That would have been what would have made the difference on what the verdict should have been for me. However, our system operates on the premise of "Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt." and even after the trail we are still guessing. Therefore, there was plenty of reasonable doubt in those terms the system worked as it should have.

Re: Trayvon Martin Crime Scene Photos

I feel there was enough evidence to show that Zimmerman(legally carrying a concealed weapon) had opportunity and time to avoid confrontation.

With his obligation to the state for his privilege to carry a concealed weapon he should have avoided confrontation at all costs.

Based upon that, I think he avoidably contributed to the life or death situation that ensued.

Based upon the sheer legal aspects, no one but zimmerman knows exactly what happened, and no one could prove otherwise his self defense claims.

About the only thing Martins estate could try to prove was harassment, for following Travon around, and that would be a useless and iffy charge at this point.
