Martins arms were not in the same position that zimmy claimed. Martins body was in the grass, not the sidewalk. The crime scene tech did not find blood on the sidewalk, where zimmy claimed he was bashed. A neighbor heard movement going towards where Martin was staying. Guilt or innocence is not the issue. Everyone agrees zimmy killed martin. Was it justified? So far, based on trial evidence ( and not talk radio statements) it doesn't appear to be justified. It looks like zimmy wanted to play hero, chased a boy, grabbed the boy, got his ass handed back to him, (on the grass, outside neighbors windows) and shot martin. Can a person who initiates a conflict claim self defense? In my eyes, so far, it doesn't look good for zimmy. |

I think Zimmerman is completely innocent. I think Martin attacked him and Zimmerman shot him lawfully in self defense.
