Re: The Suspicious Death of Kendrick Johnson
That is a very good point you made. Given what I know about decomp, gravity, and such, his body would look exactly the way it did if his death had been accidental. And the bruising in his jaw could have just been from the blood pooling in his face. Forgive me for saying this because I am absolutely not trying to be racist, but he was black was he not? His skin was already dark. So blood pooling into his face would very well look like a bruise. On a white person, blood pooling and bruises are easier to tell apart. Its just common sense that dark colored marks and bruising tend to be less identifiable on dark skin n than they are on white skin. With that being said, I just don't see an intelligent high school kid climbing into a mat standing vertically. That part just doesn't make sense to me. I think if he dropped something in the mat, he would have just tipped it over. They said he was sitting on top of the mats. How exactly would he get up there? And more importantly, if he lost a shoe in the mat, why was it not reported whether or not said shoe was found in the bottom of the mat? I don't agree with playing the instant race card, however, if I were his mother and the police just wrote it off as accidental, the police did not keep me informed of the investigation, and the school won't release the security footage, I would probably think that this might have something to do with race too. If this had happened to a white child and the killers were black, you best believe this investigation would have been handled differently. This did happen in GA right? Up until a couple of years ago, proms in Georgia were still segregated and white a man shot at 3 black teens, killing one or maybe all after catching them in the house with his daughter and holding them hostage. He even confessed to the killing but walked away a free man and people wonder why kendrick's family is playing the race card. It actually fits. Why else would the school withold the security footage and the sheriff rule it accidental without calling the coroner? I'm not saying it was murder or a racial cover up, I'm just saying it's a real possibility. It could have happened both ways. We will probably never know. But I do agree having Al Sharpton involved is not helping and is making people believe it was racial murder when there is no definitive evidence that disproves either theory.

Re: The Suspicious Death of Kendrick Johnson
I don't know man. Always thought it was a freak accident. Still do today honestly. Of course i could be wrong. But many are blaming 2 white kids, just for being white, their father is a retired FBI agent, this sounds just to easy and its a never ending story. Both kids had an alibi but they were still pointing fingers at them. One of the two was out of town, the other one was at class. Because their father was a FBI agent they scream COVER UP. Maybe it was foulplay, but the post mortem photos look ''normal'' to me, positional asphyxia. Fun Fact Al Sharpton now goes with the accidental death story. |

Re: The Suspicious Death of Kendrick Johnson
In June 2013, with the financial and administrative help of the NAACP and SCLC, the Johnson family arranged for the exhumation of Kendrick’s body for an independent autopsy to be performed by private pathologist Dr. William Anderson. It was during this autopsy when it was famously found that Kendrick’s organs were missing and his body stuffed with newspaper. The state of Georgia determined that though not the best practice, filling body cavities with newspaper isn’t illegal and the funeral home broke no laws. Regardless, the Johnsons decided to sue the funeral home. During this second autopsy Dr. Anderson disputed the GBI’s findings and determined that Kendrick died of “blunt force trauma, right neck.” How did he come to that conclusion? From a 2-3 centimeter bruise. That’s it. No broken neck or throat bones, no signs of internal exsanguination, just a tiny bruise measuring less than an inch in length. And this is apparently the first and only time in history that this injury has been a cause of death. It’s important to point out that Dr. Anderson does not claim that Kendrick was beaten. He has never stated that Kendrick’s facial injuries are from anything other than skin slippage due to his position. The only people claiming that Kendrick was beaten to death are the Johnsons and their supporters. And for what it’s worth, Dr. Anderson is now a private pathologist after being fired from the state of Florida for a myriad of unprofessional and unethical actions on his part. The photo of Kendrick’s post-mortem face made famous by his parents, who place it on large signs to display at their public rallies and post it all over Facebook is usually the tipping point for many people to agree with them about Kendrick being beaten to death. Most people believe that is how Kendrick looked when he was pulled out of the mat. But THIS is actually how Kendrick looked when he was pulled out of the mat. ![]() The photo the Johnsons use for shock value is Kendrick post-autopsy, after the skin of his face was peeled back to examine the underlying muscles. |
