I remember this living in the Bay Area. This dude and the Zodiac killer were very feared. Too bad they havent found the Zodiac.

Yes i read aout him too - it may have been crimelibrary . . It said that when he was incarcerated , as weak and skinny as he was , he gave even the most hardened criminals the creeps . They didnt want to be anywhere near his twisted wierd ass . I think some of them tried to talk him into killing himself . No one wanted to touch him |
