Are the dead pics of her? I thought I had read somewere that she was horribly burned in the accident and that her husband thought her burnt corpse is what caused the high alcohol reading.  |

Good grief, her spinal cord was severed in two places and her thoracic aorta was cut up. Torn pericardium. Multiple internal organs lacerated. "Gallbladder not identified"...  I guess that means it was so pulverized the coroner couldn't find it. Or maybe she'd had it removed.She didn't stand a chance. |

I found it odd that she had trace amounts of marijuana and alcohol in her system, yet the video of her at the gas station she seems completely fine. The documentary also spoke to people that were on the road that passed by her and said she was driving very fast, but not swerving or acting like she was under the influence.

Though i can't wrap my mind around the tragedy of the loss of all those children and innocent guys in the other car, i can kind of understand what happened: bitch smoked pot on her camping trip, then drank a shitload of that absolute in her travel mug as those kids were yelling and fighting up a storm in her van. what i have never understood is that she pulled over on the side of the highway and carefully placed her cellphone on a jersey barrier before she really started driving REALLY dangerously... wtf? what shitface drunk person does that? there are lots of incongruities and odd facts, unanswered questions, that - especially in light of the body count - make this more than just a straightforward drunk driving case. |

nope she wasn't burned, i read her autopsy report. lots of massive internal injuries, and destruction to her head and long bones but no burns (except maybe a few minor ones on a foot or somthing). i think she was unbelted and ejected. Hubby was trying to blame the "false" results on "postmortem changes" in general. |
